vpjl Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "vpjl," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the vpjl online gaming platform operated at vpjl.club and all services, tools, and features made available through it.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with vpjl or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account created through the vpjl registration process, identified by a unique username and mobile number.
• "Services" means all gaming products, payment features, promotional offers, customer support channels, and ancillary services offered by vpjl.
• "Real Money Play" means any game session in which a player wagers funds held in their vpjl wallet balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cashable credits awarded to a player's account under a vpjl promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager that must be placed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process vpjl uses to confirm a player's identity before processing withdrawals.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which all vpjl transactions are denominated.

By accessing vpjl, creating an Account, or using any vpjl Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting vpjl player support.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and vpjl with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.

To register and use a vpjl Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is mandatory and non-negotiable. vpjl strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing vpjl from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted for your use.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed by you through vpjl's responsible gaming tools or through an external self-exclusion programme.
• You have not previously had a vpjl Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of vpjl or any of its technology or payment providers.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single player is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts, together with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid Philippine mobile number, which will serve as your primary account identifier;
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• Such other personal information as vpjl may request for KYC compliance purposes.

You agree to notify vpjl promptly in the event that any registered information changes, particularly your mobile number or payment method details. vpjl accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to keep their registered information current and accurate.

vpjl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number.

You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person;
• Allow any third party to access your Account, whether or not with your consent;
• Access another player's Account under any circumstances;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the vpjl platform.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify vpjl immediately by contacting player support. vpjl will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to such notification.

vpjl will never request your password through email, SMS, or in-platform chat. Any communication purporting to be from vpjl and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All deposits to your vpjl wallet must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. vpjl does not accept payments from third-party accounts, including shared e-wallets or bank accounts held jointly with another person.

Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the vpjl cashier at the time of transaction. vpjl reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits are credited to your vpjl wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. vpjl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or mobile wallet network issues.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by a fully verified vpjl Account holder. KYC verification — requiring submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — must be successfully completed before any withdrawal will be processed.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. vpjl may require that withdrawals be returned to the original payment source as an anti-money laundering control measure.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Typically within 15 minutes for verified accounts;
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank: Typically within 1–2 business hours during banking hours;
• InstaPay and PESONet: Subject to inter-bank network processing times.

vpjl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals that exceed specified thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawal processing may be delayed during such reviews. vpjl will communicate any such delay to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money winnings that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

vpjl may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload credits, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all vpjl promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts or altered registration details constitute bonus abuse.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the promotion. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the time limit will be automatically removed from the Account.
• vpjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any statutory obligation to provide notice.
• vpjl reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.

All games available on the vpjl platform are governed by the individual game rules applicable to that game, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing Real Money bets.

vpjl uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) managed by professional dealers under camera, with results determined by physical outcomes — not software algorithms.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game session, vpjl will apply the following resolution:

• For slot games: the outcome of the interrupted spin, if already determined by the RNG, will be credited or debited upon reconnection;
• For live dealer games: the round outcome will be determined as it was recorded by the dealer system at the time of disconnection;
• For table games: where a round outcome cannot be determined due to a verifiable system fault at vpjl's end, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.

vpjl's decision in all gameplay dispute matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 15.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vpjl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Registering more than one Account;
• Using, attempting to use, or facilitating the use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to vpjl support immediately;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward vpjl staff or other players via any communication channel.

vpjl is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively supports responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to real-money play for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the vpjl platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the selected exclusion period.

Players who have activated a self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent it by registering a new Account. vpjl takes all reasonable steps to identify and close duplicate Accounts held by self-excluded players, and will not be liable for losses incurred where a self-excluded player has succeeded in bypassing these controls through deception.

vpjl reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any Account at its discretion where there is evidence of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

vpjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time where vpjl has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms & Conditions have been breached;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal purposes;
• The information provided during registration is false or misleading;
• The Account holder is not eligible to hold an Account under these Terms;
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion obligation;
• Such action is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, vpjl will retain any funds held in the wallet until the investigation is resolved. Where an Account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, vpjl may withhold or forfeit the wallet balance in accordance with the nature of the breach.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting vpjl player support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

All content on the vpjl platform, including but not limited to the vpjl name and logo, platform design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of vpjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vpjl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any vpjl content;
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the platform;
• Use the vpjl name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of vpjl intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vpjl shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Losses arising from technical failures, disconnections, or service interruptions not caused by vpjl's gross negligence;
• Losses arising from the player's breach of these Terms.

vpjl's total aggregate liability to a player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vpjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The vpjl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vpjl makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In the event of a dispute between you and vpjl, the following process applies:

1. Initial Contact: Contact vpjl player support at [email protected], providing a clear description of the dispute, the Account involved, and any relevant transaction references. vpjl will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
2. Internal Review: vpjl's support team will conduct an internal review of the dispute and provide a written response within 10 business days of acknowledgement. Where additional investigation is required, vpjl will notify you of the expected timeline.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with vpjl's internal response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body or dispute resolution service applicable to your jurisdiction, as specified in the contact information provided in vpjl's response.

While a dispute is under review, vpjl may hold any withdrawal of the amount in dispute pending resolution. vpjl will not withhold funds unrelated to the dispute during the review process.

vpjl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vpjl will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on record at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the vpjl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at vpjl.club/terms-conditions. The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction under which vpjl is licensed and operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

vpjl's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of vpjl's right to enforce it in the future.
